How to pay an invoice

Step 1 - How to pay an invoice

  1. Log into your Customer interface
  2. Select Billing & Invoices tab
  3. Click Invoice Online link
  4. Locate the invoice you wish to make a payment for and click on Pay Invoice
  5. You will be displayed with the invoice details, amount due and previous transactions. On the bottom of the page, you will see the section where you can add your credit card details. Enter your credit card details accordingly, and click on Pay Invoice

Step 2 - Adding a Credit Card to your account

  1. Select Billing & Invoices tab
  2. Locate Credit Card Details link
  3. Enter the Card Owner, Card Type, Card Number, Card Expiry
  4. Click Add Card

How to update Domain Contacts

Step 1 - Updating single or bulk domain names contacts

  1. Log into your Customer interface
  2. Click the Service Administration tab
  3. Click Mass Contact Update
  4. The Mass Contact Update page will display all the domain names under the Customers account, select the Contact types you wish to update next to the domain names
  5. Enter the updated contact details
  6. Click Update

Step 1 - How to retrieve a domain password or EPP key

  1. Log into your Customer interface
  2. Click the Service Administration tab
  3. Click View a summary of your domains
  4. Click on the domain name (opens the domain level)
  5. Click Domain Name.
  6. The domain level console will display the auth code in different ways, depending on the domain type:Generic TLD domains (com, net, org, biz) - the auth code is displayed beneath the heading EPP Password Information..au domain name (com.au, net.au, org.au) - Locate the heading Current domain password (Auth-Info) beneath the section Update Domain Password. Click View, to display the auth code.

Step 1 - Updating domain name servers (DNS)

  1. Log into your Customer interface
  2. Click the Service Administration tab
  3. Click View a summary of your domains
  4. Click Edit DNS next to the domain name you wish to update (opens the Domain level)
  5. Scroll down to Add a name server
  6. Enter the new nameserver and click Add name server
  7. Repeat item 6 for additional nameservers

Step 2 - Deleting a nameserver

  1. Locate the Delete name servers section within the domain level
  2. Click Delete name server along side the nameserver which is no longer needed

How to renew a domain name

Step 1 - How to renew a domain name

  1. Log into your Customer interface
  2. Click the Service Administration tab
  3. Click View a summary of your domains
  4. You will see a listing of your domain names, all domain names available to be renewed will have a check box available in the Renew field
  5. Check the domain names to be renewed and click Renew Selected Domains
  6. Enter your credit card details, accept the terms and conditions and click Complete Order to process the renewal

How to transfer a domain name

For clients with an existing account

  1. Login to the client account (sub-account) level.
  2. Select the Order tab from the top menu > Transfer domain
  3. Enter the domain name and choose the extension from the drop down list box > Enter the domain transfer password (auth code) > click Transfer Selected Domains
  4. The Status will advise if the domain transfer password for the domain is valid or not > click Transfer Selected Domains
  5. Registrant Contact Details > Choose to use the contact details against the client account or select Create New Registrant Contact and enter the contact details to be added against the domain name registration.
  6. Billing > Agree to the terms and conditons > Enter the Payment Details and clickPlace your order.
  7. Order Complete

How to register a domain name

For clients with an existing account

  1. Login to the client account (sub-account) level.
  2. Select the Order tab from the top menu > Product & Service Order Form
  3. Enter the domain you wish to register in the search box under Search for a new domain name without the domain name extension, you also have the option to select / deselect domain extensions, click Search
  4. The Domain Search will display the availability status as well as registration requirements. Select the domain names you wish to register and click Add Selected Domain to Cart
  5. Registrant Contact Details > Choose to use the contact details against the client account or select Create New Registrant Contact and enter the contact details to be added against the domain name registration.
  6. Eligibility Details > If required (specific to .au registrations) > click Continue
  7. Billing > Agree to the terms and conditons > Enter the Payment Details and click Place your order.
  8. Order Complete

How to renew a hosting account

  1. Click the MANAGE link on the main menu
  2. Enter the account username (NOT the domain username) in the Login field
  3. Enter the account password (NOT the domain password) in the Password field
  4. Click the Login button
  5. Click the Order tab on the sub menu
  6. Click the Subscription Service Renewal link
  7. Check the Renew checkbox for the hosting you wish to renew
  8. Select the credit card you wish to use
  9. Click Place your order
